**Flight protection for cruise passengers is applicable only if cruise and flight are purchased through Encore Cruises. Flight protection policy will apply only if the flight is via Thomas Cook Canada (operated by Jazz). Flights will be rebooked on the next available Thomas Cook Canada flight (or such other airline as Encore Cruises in its sole discretion shall determine) to the applicable port destination, and are subject to availability. Events of force majeure and any other events beyond the control of Thomas Cook Canada are excluded from the flight protection policy. The flight protection policy does not replace travel insurance, the purchase of which is highly recommended. Passengers must immediately contact their travel agent to rebook their flight(s). Other conditions may apply.
